Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist with any inquiries. Clean and spacious rooms that were serviced daily.- Convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station and close to various amenities
Shower space was uncomfortably tight, making it difficult to shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, especially at night, with noticeable presence of prostitution and graffiti.

i loved the design of the hotel: it was very modern in its design and the decor in the room. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and helpful. We were in rome for a wedding and on route to the church my friend left something in a taxi . The hotel staff tracked down the taxi and the item was returned to the hotel. The staff showed their professionalism patience and their commitment to us during this process. The breakfast was beautiful with a mixture of hot food and Continental: lots of variety and the breakfast room was modern in its decor and the staff very nice and helpful. The hotel was excellent value for money : it was very affordable and for the price you got excellence and modern decor . Don't be put off that's its a few metro stops from termini metro stop it only takes 10-15 mins to get to termini and the metro is so cheap and easy to use very straight forward. There is a restaurant/cafe beside the hotel and its very cheap we got a sandwich and a drink for lunch for 4 euro excellent value and it was delicious and again the staff here were very helpful and friendly.
nothing everything was excellent

This is a nice, quiet Hotel with excellent service. The rooms are of sufficient space, modern and very clean! Breakfast buffet was very good including hot breakfast (eggs, sausages etc), too. Customer service was excellent, the stuff were english speaking and very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. First night we noticed a small problem with the air condition system of the room, which couldn't be fixed at that time and we were offered another room within a few minutes!!! The bathroom was quite spacious (normal shower cabin).
The Hotel is located a bit out of the city centre so you need to get the Metro or a bus or a taxi. Metro will take you approx. 10-20 min to the city centre plus another 10-15min walk from the Hotel to the Metro stop (closest stop: Bassilica St. Paul). There is also a bus stop very close to the Hotel but the bus may take longer to the city centre due to traffic during the day. However, the location was very quiet and nice and we didn't really bother too much. The room had a nice TV-set however there were no English speaking channels (Italian only).

We loved our stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect, with the subway station just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel is also conveniently situated across from a university campus, giving us a unique view from our balcony. The room itself was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service. We also appreciated the room service, which made our stay even more convenient. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.
Highly recommended to all!

Hotel St. Paul is very close to Metro station (8 minute walk), which is convenient for going to the city center, and back - you need 15 minutes to Colosseum, and 20 to Termini station. There are several pizzerias, trattorias, shops, McDonald's, and other places around the hotel where you can eat and drink. The surrounding is nice and pleasant, even during the night - no problems at all regarding safety. The hotel is clean, modern, with helpful and polite staff. Breakfast is great, abundant and various. There is Wi-Fi internet, free of charge, in hotel lobby. Hotel has four stars, but it costs the same like 3 stars hotels which look quite poorer and older. So, it's a great bargain for the money you pay for staying there.
The thing that bothered me was the fact that there were only several Italian channels on TV in our room (all the movies and foreign shows have synchronized voice) . But, even on them I wasn't able to watch any Calcio football matches played that weekend, since TVs in the rooms hadn't any cable channels, only regular ones. The other problem is size of the room - they are quite small. Furthermore, my girlfriend wasn't able to smoke in the entire hotel, so she had to walk outside the building to have a cigarette.

The rooms were quite small but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.
The hotel was nice but the only problem was the location. It wasn't so easy to get back after subway closure and it was also a fair walk from the tube station.

the hotel's cleanliness and tidiness were also worthy of praise. the location was off the beaten path, but there were good places to find food around and it was easy to travel to the city center.
The hotel was located in a suburban area that felt uninviting, and graffiti was rampant in the surroundings. the small size of the room, the lack of a restaurant, and the absence of a swimming pool made my business trip less comfortable than I would have liked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good although not included in the price. Better than average hotel for the price.
The bed matresses were too hard.

Excellent value for the money. For us, 10 min walking to the nearest metro station (Basilica San Paolo) was quite close. The hotel stands on a corner of a busy street with lots of traffic and a small street, but it was not noisy. But inside is clean and in a fair condition. The recepption staff was quite friendly and helpful. Overall, we are satisfied and would stay there again.
The view is not really great, and the building looks old from the outside. One moment in our room was a smell from the sewage in the bathroom which was not too bad but noticeable in the evening. The problem was most likely a bad water lock.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even allowed me to make an early check-in. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a balcony and air conditioning that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, as there was a metro station nearby that allowed easy access to popular tourist spots.
There was nothing I didn't like.
